Our Head Chef Egon Heiss from the Sarntal valley is not just a Michelin-starred chef – he is a conjurer and a tinkerer who set up the “Fragsburger Landwirtschaft” farming cooperative with independent organic farmers so that the hotel could cultivate its own supply of old varieties for his fine, traditionally-minded and intelligent cooking style.
“South Tyrol staged Heiss” combines Egon’s genuine passion for the traditions and the ingredients of his native valley with the mastery of a top chef who has learned the beauty of simplicity while honing his culinary skills around the globe.
The gourmet restaurant “Prezioso” is open from Tuesday until Saturday from 7 pm until 9 pm. Sunday and Monday are our closing days.
